Plane 0 - Tree 1
The crash investigation begins
Mick enjoying morning tea whilst waiting for a tail wheel repair to set.
A nice assortment of aircraft were present for the mornings flying.
Bryan and his Decathlon.
FA-18 flew like there was no tommorrow and sounded extra mean to boot. A prime example of just how good ducted fan and foamies are getting! Everyone wants one now!
The Fox was another excellent foamie on the day. Great flight characteristics and a joy to watch.
George tinkering with one of his babies!
Bryan and Decathlon again.
Get me in the air!
Linus and Jeff having a play.
Bryan flight testing the Decathlon - a beautiful little plane.
Blue sky, sun and the members out doing what they do best - enjoying themselves!
Per's Candy Clipper - a beautiful vintage aircraft stratch built by Per.
Linus and his Cessna - another excellent foamie though you would be hard pressed to guess from anything over 6 feet away.
The mechanics and detail on this aircraft has to be seen to be truly appreciated.
Check out the main landing struts - no piano wire here!
This photo gives you some idea of the scale.
Col (left) and George enjoying the sun on a glorious Saturday morning.
Jeff and Pete field checking an aircraft prior to its maiden flight.
ARF? Now where did I put that epoxy?
Getting ready for another blast up the valley.
Looks mean standing still.
Per's latest project.
Fully assembled and ready to fly.
